ASUQUO EKPENYONG ATTENDS WORLD BANK/IMF SPRING MEETINGS IN WASHINGTON DC.

Asuquo Ekpenyong the Senator elect to represent Cross River South joins the Federal Government delegation led by the Minister of Finance, Zainab Ahmed with other members of the economic team of the President elect, Sen. Bola Ahmed Tinubu to attend the World bank/ International Monetary fund annual spring meetings currently holding in Washington DC.
The series of meetings which began on Monday 10th of April will end on the 16th bringing together policymakers, international organisations, and private sector operators. This year's edition will discuss very critical issues facing the global economy including rising inflation, food and energy crisis, war in Ukraine, and the worsening global poverty rate.
Asuquo Ekpenyong is a member of the economic team of the President elect led by Mr. Wale Edun.
