Speaking to newsmen, Etim Ntui, a business man who owns a shop just beside the venue of the rally disclosed that APC will triumph over other party because they are visible and responsive to the yearning of the masses.

"We are very okay with our son Ntufam Okon Owuna, he leads and we follow. Since he has said we are doing APC then be rest assured that no party other than APC will win a unit in this Ward.

A woman leader identified as Victoria Gregory Effiong revealed that at least 8 out of 10 women in the ward are rooting for Asuquo Ekpenyong Jr, Dr Emil Inyang and Okon Owuna who according to her are always looking for how to empower and support women. She disclosed that her son was a beneficiary of Asuquo Ekpenyong’s recent back to school support even though neither she nor her son has ever had direct contact with Mr Ekpenyong before he was a beneficiary.
