On 12th April 2024, Senator Asuquo Ekpenyong paid a courtesy visit to the President of Nigeria, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, at his Lagos residence, alongside the Senate President, Speaker and some members of the National Assembly.
He seized the opportunity to congratulate the President on the commencement of construction of the Lagos - Calabar coastal super highway, a project that will be crucial in supporting the infrastructure revolution currently being embarked on by the Governor Bassey Otu led administration in Cross River State.
